- Any cancellations made between 1 business days (00:00 local time) to 1 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 40% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made between 1 business days (23:59 local time) to 1 hours prior to the activity start time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 1 hours prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

- The tour will not be cancelled or refunded even if Mt. Fuji is not fully visible due to weather conditions.
- A decision on whether to cancel the tour will be confirmed by 15:00 Japan Standard Time one day before the tour date.
- Flower blooming time or varies slightly according to weather. The best time for viewing autumn leaves might change slightly depending on the weather.
- For smooth operation of the group tour, the tour operator is responsible for allocating the seating for the transportation (bus and others) used during the tour and at facilities where seats are designated.
